Extra large surface for preparing bread, pasta, and pastry dough. Made from Northern hard birch to provide incredible durability. End rails on both sides to keep board up against work surface and to keep product from falling off the back side Care of Wood Boards: Boards have been treated with pure mineral oil. It is strongly recommended to apply a light coat of our WBO8 wood board oil periodically. DO NOT SOAK IN WATER. To clean, use damp sponge and wipe dry.
